You may not use the Service for illegal purposes, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with Service integrity, harvest information without permission, upload malicious code, or use GPS data for unauthorized purposes.

4. Data Collection and GPS Location

The Service requires GPS coordinates for farm locations. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and storage of GPS coordinates and confirm you have obtained necessary permissions from farmers for location collection.

Farmers retain ownership of their personal information. Your organization retains ownership of operational data entered into the system.

5. Intellectual Property

Integrity Commodities and its original content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, non-payment, legal requirements, or upon 30 days' notice.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or damages exceeding amounts paid in the past 12 months.

Integrity Commodities provides data management tools only. We are not responsible for agricultural decisions, financial outcomes, or compliance with local regulations.
